class registration procedure
In an effort to provide the best possible service to our clients and to ensure a seat in the classroom, we have developed the following class registration procedure:
- After initial phone/ fax/ email contact to obtain course information, please follow up with a fax or email containing the Class Registration Form with all required fields completed.
- Upon receipt of the above information, the training center will return a fax/ email to the client for confirmation of registration.
- After the training course has been completed, course documents will be sent to the client.
training cancellation, refund & rescheduling policy
To chance or reschedule a course, the NORR SYSTEMS Training Center of Singapore requires a minimum of 4 weeks advance notice for students to receive a full refund. To cancel or reschedule a course, please send an email to info@norrsystems.com or call +65 6785 0500 with the student's name, company name, course(s) title and dates of the course. Students will have 90 calendar days from the start date of the original course to reschedule and attend a course. A 20% administration fee will apply to all re-scheduling.
Courses fees are 100% refundable if cancellation is received at least four weeks prior to the scheduled class.
Cancellation received 14 - 28 calendar days prior to the course will result in a 50% refund or charge to the clients.
Cancellation received 8 - 13 calendar days are not refundable and the full cost will be billed.
Cancellation received within 7 calendar days are not refundable and the full cost will be billed. If required to reschedule a course instead of cancellation, then 50% of the above cancellation fee may be applied toward the reschedule. Only one time reschedule permitted, failure to show for rescheduled booking will make the student / company making reservation, liable for entire course cost.
NORR SYSTEMS Training Center reserves the right to cancel a training course five business days prior to start date if the minimum enrolment requirements are not met. Students substitutions are not permitted at any time up to the start of the course.
